A 39.5mm original design pairing a classic dual-crown layout with an internal rotating timing bezel, a finely vertically brushed dial and the smooth-sweeping Seiko VH31 quartz movement.
An Original WDC Design
Developed by the WDC (Watchdives) design and engineering team, the WD2004A brings together vintage-inspired proportions and purposeful functionality. Its dual-crown case, internal timing bezel and finely brushed dial are complemented by carefully finished case surfaces and considered wearing proportions.
Two Crowns. Two Dedicated Functions.
The dual-crown arrangement keeps the timing bezel control separate from time setting.
Upper crown at 2 o’clock — Internal rotating bezel
Unscrew the upper crown to operate the internal timing bezel. Rotate the bezel to align its marker with your chosen timing reference, then screw the crown back down securely.
Lower crown at 4 o’clock — Time setting
Unscrew the lower crown and pull it to the time-setting position to adjust the hands. Once the time is set, push the crown back in and screw it down securely.
Both crowns are screw-down. Make sure they are fully secured before the watch comes into contact with water.
Seiko VH31 Sweeping-Seconds Quartz
The Seiko VH31 quartz movement gives the seconds hand a smooth, sweeping-style motion while retaining the convenience of quartz timekeeping.
Dial Texture That Changes with the Light
Fine vertical brushing gives the dial a subtle metallic grain, creating depth and shifting reflections as the watch moves. Choose from three dial colors: Deep Blue, Champagne and Black.

A Note on the Five-Link Bracelet
The first five-link bracelet production batch did not meet WDC’s quality expectations and has been returned to the factory for rework. It is expected in December 2026 and will be offered separately after passing final quality inspection. We would rather take more time to get the details right than rush production.

How do the two crowns work?
Upper crown at 2 o’clock: controls the internal rotating timing bezel. Unscrew it, rotate the bezel to your desired position, then screw the crown down securely.
Lower crown at 4 o’clock: sets the time. Unscrew it, pull it to the time-setting position, adjust the hands, then push it back in and screw it down securely. Both crowns should be fully secured before the watch comes into contact with water.
How do I use the internal rotating timing bezel?

Is the WD2004A an automatic watch?

What is the water-resistance rating?
The watch is marked 100m / 330ft. The 200m figure refers to the case’s design capability, not a verified 200m rating for the complete watch. Always make sure both screw-down crowns are fully secured before water exposure, and avoid operating either crown underwater.
What crystal and lume does it use?
The WD2004A features a single-domed sapphire crystal with ClearView Base anti-reflective coating and approximately 92% light transmission. Its hands and markers use Swiss Super-LumiNova BGW9 with a blue glow.
