This SHY036 is a brand new watch that was originally returned by a customer. Upon receiving it, the customer accidentally forced the hands while they were stuck, which unfortunately damaged the movement.

To ensure the watch is in perfect working condition, we had the movement professionally replaced with a brand-new PT5000 by our local service center in the United States.

The watch is therefore fully functional, with a brand-new movement and in near-new condition. For transparency, we are listing it as a pre-owned/second-hand item, even though the watch has never been worn in daily use.
